Pilot responsibility and use of FLYIN Booking

FLYIN Booking is an administrative aid only. It does not replace the responsibilities of the pilot in command, aircraft owner, operator, maintenance organisation or aviation authorities.

  • Each pilot remains responsible for flight planning, legality, licences, medical validity, aircraft documents, airworthiness, weather and safe operation.
  • Applicable local, national and international aviation laws, rules and procedures must always be followed.
  • Users must independently verify booking, flight-log, tacho, maintenance and service information before relying on it.
  • To the extent permitted by law, FLYIN Booking and its operator are not liable for missing, late or incorrect entries, unavailable service, data loss, or acts and omissions by users.
